Davide Buratti, has more than 20 years of experience in industrial automation. He works in OCME S.r.l., an Italian leading packaging machinery company, since 2003, where currently is the Research and Development manager.


Angelo Davalli Electronic Engineer and orthopaedic technician. Hardware and Software Designer. Since 1992 he's researcher at the INAIL Prosthetic Center.  In 2010 he became Training and Documentation manager. Adjunct professor in the University of Bologna and author of many scientific publications. He's involved in research limbs prostheses and in the field of aids for elderly and disable people.


Chris Decubber

Chris Decubber, after obtaining his master of electro-mechanical engineering at the University of Leuven, he got involved fairly quickly in European research and innovation programmes.
As Technical Director of EFFRA, Chris Decubber aims at generating consensus on research and innovation priorities among the industrial and research community for the 'Factories of the Future' PPP. Chris coordinates the monitoring of the outcome and progress of the 'Factories of the Future' PPP and works on knowledge transfer mechanisms that enhance the impact of the FoF PPP. Chris also launched the ConnectedFactories Coordination Action which focuses on the stimulating the digitisation of manufacturing.


Céline Ehrwein Nihan is Professor of Ethics within the School of Business and Engineering Vaud (HEIG-VD) connected  to the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (HES SO). She is also deputy in Vaud cantonal parliament and member of the public health commission.


Martin Hollender is a researcher in the Software & Operation Analytics group at ABB Corporate Research in Germany.
He is editor of the book “Collaborative Process Automation Systems” and is a member of the IEC working group that published the IEC 62682 alarm management standard. He got his Ph.D. from the University of Kassel in Man-Machine Systems.



Franck Mars - CNRS Researcher. From 2012 he is the head of PsyCoTec (Psychology, Cognition, Technology), the human factors group at IRCCyN. In 2017, he will took the responsibility of the PAC*CE group (Perception, Action, Cognition for Ergonomics and Design) in the newly created LS2N (Laboratory of Numerical Sciences in Nantes).


Frédéric Vanderhaegen is full professor at the University of Valenciennes and Hainaut-Cambrésis in France since 2005. He chairs several research groups dedicated to Human-Machine Systems topics: IFAC TC Human-Machine Systems, HORTENS pole of EURNEX, GDR I HAMASYTI, GIS GRAISyHM. He is responsible of a Small Private On-line Course on Railway Engineering and Guided Systems (INERSYG training program). He is the Editor-in-Chief of "Cognition, Technology & Work" journal.
